My Birthday gifts!~

Forgot to show off some of the gifts I received on my birthday, about one week ago!

My gf bought me a pencil that I longed for since like dunno how many years ago. She bought a pair, so that both of us will have the same pencil. How sweet hor? =) She also bought me an electric shaver (inspiration fron KS and Sherry?) haha.. both came handy especially I am too caught up to buy new blades for my old manual shaver! whee!

Beside this, Benny bought me this water container which he claimed " I BOUGHT IT IMMEDIATELY ONCE I SAW IT. COZ ITS SOOOOO CUTE LAH!"

Well, my table is rather full, but still I will display it and use it. Kindof handy, especially in exam times. Too lazy to walk out of the room to get my cup of water! Wonder if I can put like Ribena inside? Will the ants come??

Learning To Appreciate Someone

This post is dedicated to my stats tutor, A/P Saw, on behalf of ALL my classmates who don't seem to appreciate him.

First and foremost, I have to admit that I did not like him in the beginning because he gives this look that makes me feel stupid. He always give the "why-you-dunno" look which makes me rather pissed off.

But as time goes by, I tried to put myself from his perspective and try to understand his teaching, I begin to see that he is actually quite a nice tutor, who really wants to help us save some space in our tiny wheeny brain which is supposed to memorize a table height of notes for our exams. He emphasizes on the most basic principle of every new theory we have learnt and showed us how to derive at the answer. Though sometimes his explanation is out of this world, but I really appreciate his effort because it reminded me of how my F maths tutor back in my J2 days taught me F maths! =)

And amazingly, he too recognised that I am the only person who listens to him during tutorial and he is quite nice to me too! =)
