This is just a little window into my life and on certain aspects of life which I might just add once in a while. Most importantly, this would be an avenue where I will be able to display some of my short guitar clips for all.
Decided to dedicate one post to you since you are also into automobile, especially in the arena of 2 wheelers. Caught some cute shots of vespa running around. Maybe these will serve as an inspiration to how your future vespa will look like? Going around in that authentic "pak-pak-pak".
This is a green one. Not to offend anyone race out there, but the owner of this vespa is a Malay. I guess green is their favourite colour.
I caught this while I was driving to fetch my gf to school before making my way to school too. Look at the basket behind, it is so cute! And look at that helmet, really looks cool and retro! Go uncle Go!!
Rushing off for my tuition already. Got so many things happening nowadays. Hope I have sufficient time to upload.
I hope it is not too late to make some new year resolutions before the new year is over even before I know it. This year is going to be a year of victory, so my resolutions have better be some sort along that line. Haha.. who would mind a year of victory right?
New Year Resolutions (ranking not in order)
1. Get baptized. This is a HUGE challenge for me especially I am going to face family objection but still, I am going to believe God to make this come true for me.
2. Family's salvation. Another HUGE assignment judging from the my parents are not exactly happy that I am going church so often, so I really asking BIG in this area of my life.
3. Doing well for my studies and be a walking testimony for people who claims that they do not have time for other things except studying. I want to show them that so many commitments, I am still able to excel and God is and will always be with me.
4. Improve on my guitar playing. Hope I am able to play a few Tommy Emmanuel's pieces. =)
5. Start on the ministy God has placed in me, and hope that the transition will be smooth.
This is about all for now. Cannot really think about anything else. The rain is also not helping, making me sleepy.
It has been a week into the new year. It has been a wonderful week for me, eventful and meaningful.
Let me start from what happened most recently till what my memory can remember.

This morning, as I was making my way down to the carpark to send my car to Borneo Motors for repairs, I felt a prompting to pray to God that I will be able to meet my mum before making my way down to the service centre because I forgot to tell her that I had an appointment this morning. I was quite upset when I did not see her at the lift lobby but to my surprise, when my lift reached the first storey, guess wad? I SAW MY MUM standing at the lift with a few red plastic bags. She just came back from her marketing. I helped her carry the stuff back home and I was so glad I saw her. As I made my way to the service centre, I was amazed at God's ability to hear our prayer may it be big or small and He is always there to hear us out and help us out.

Today is the first day of school for me after the December Holidays. And guess wad? I missed my first lecture at 830 because my cousin was getting married. I woke up at 530 in the morning because I was one of the appointed drivers and stand-by bestman. but it was worth it because i collected a WHOOPING red packet of $168 dollars. In chinese, it means "一路发" which is quite a good start to the year right? WHEE!!! This is the second wedding in a short period, the first being Adrian's wedding. How many more to go before my turn? Hmm... At least another 5 years (Words from my spiritual Father)
If you ask me to compare whats the main difference between the a typical Chinese wedding and a Church Wedding, I guess the main difference lies in the ROM part. For my cousin, we went to ROM, went into a little room and witness a stranger pronouncing my cousin and his girlfriend husband and wife. It is kindof strange to see someone whom we never met before, let alone be familiar with, gracing such an important stage in our lives. As compared to Adrian's, where we see our pastor doing the job, it is much more familiar and heart warming. At the end of the ROM session, I heard some of my cousin's friends comparing the same thing as above and they were saying the church wedding was boring and tiring because need to sing song and hear preaching. Though I can understand what's their point of view, but I guess they will never know what is it's significance as compared to ROM. After everything ended, I went back to school for my late afternoon lecture. Though I was VERY reluctant, mainly because of the long journey, but I had to because I have to get myself back to the study mood. =(

I cannot really remember what happened last week except for a few breakthroughs a experienced in my life.
Firstly, ever since KS told me about his experience looking after kids because of his nursery duties and I happened to see what is Touchkids all about, I have been asking God for a ministry where I can serve in besides my opencell and my guitar ministry. A few options were open to me, BB, Touchkids and maybe Cyberwellness. I kept asking God if in the first place, looking after kids was the first category I should be looking at. Then He graciously showed me Collin, KS and Eric. So yup, I got my answer. Kids are the way to go. Then, I prayed again for where to go. So i decide to ask for something different. I was doing my qt on my table. So I told God, if Touchkids is the place I am to serve, I will see 5 strands of hair on my table after my qt. Haha.. Amazingly, I saw 5 strands of hair beside my bible after my qt and yes I got my answer already! =) Isn't God great? He answers the wierdest of prayers.
Next, its something that happened between me and my girlfriend. She has been praying very hard for God to speak to her about this relationship that we are in now, because her spiritual mother challenged her level of commitment for this relationship. I got God's word when I knew that she is someone special in my life because I asked God I wanted someone who is understanding to me. And He gave me someone who is understanding and on top of that, He gave me someone that needed no time to integrate into my family. Yeah! So my gf asked for 3 things from God to affirm her and on 5 Jan 2007, she managed to get all the answers and things she asked for. ALL thanks be to God!
